The heating and cooling controls in the room were tricky. figuring out how to manage the temperature took longer than expected. There was also an odd smell lingering in the room and some signs of wear in the bedspreads, hinting that the place could use a little TLC.

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Blue Moon Resort. The view of the lake from our covered deck was fine! We faced a bit of confusion with the heating, but the ambiance and comfortable beds made our trip worthwhile.

However, the room decor felt somewhat dated and controlling the temperature took longer than expected, contributing to a slightly uncomfortable first night. Overall, it looks like a fun place to explore further for a longer stay.

We scored a room with a high ceiling! Cozy fireplace added a nice touch. Spot on for just kicking back and enjoying the view from the deck. The check-in was smoother than I thought it would be, which was a relief. And even tho the bathroom had a few stains, overall, it felt clean and decent enough for what we needed.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but we managed.

Check-in was unconventional yet efficient, making the late arrivals a breeze. However, the fireplace was excessively warm for a summer night, leading to a bit of discomfort until we managed the A/C. A fun spot for a longer stay, although more updates could enhance the overall experience.

The lake view was epic! Room was clean, and the fireplace added that extra chill vibe. Plus, didn’t have to worry about a crazy pet fee for my dog. Parking was easy too, which was a bonus!
